My SG-211 is the ideal finish to the station (prior to that I used a small Dentron manual tuner). The antenna is an 80 ft. loop of white hookup wire tacked up on the perimeter of a white wall. The white on white makes the indoor antenna almost invisible to the casual visitor. The balanced input of the SG-211 is, of course, perfect for the loop antenna.
Your SG-2020 and SG-211 make an ideal "apartment rig".
I live in Southern California, but work in Las Vegas. I purchased my SG-2020 as a rig for my Las Vegas apartment. The apartment complex is a gated community with typical restrictions against ham radio installations. Even though my apartment is inspected each quarter by the property management, they have never brought up my ham station that has been installed for almost three years.
The SG-211 is mounted to the wall immediately behind the operating desk, using double stick foam tape. The antenna feed point is connected directly to the SG211; there is no feed line needed between the antenna and the tuner. . . Find the ham station!
